Our properties include quality linens and towels for your convenience and our kitchens are fully equipped with all the essentials, appliances and cookware you need to whip up your favorite meals. We even offer BBQs and beach towels.
If you get tired of the water or the weather is less than kind during your stay, there's plenty of fun to be had locally. With shops, restaurants, and activities to meet everyone's needs, nobody needs to worry about being bored.
We require the individual booking to meet the minimum age stated in each listing (typically 24-25 years old minimum). When booking, you must provide valid ID for verification and complete our online booking process. After your booking is confirmed, you will received an email with confirmation details.
For reservations made directly through our website, our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund until 30 days before check-in, 50% refund until 7 days before check in, less than 7 days before check-in is non-refundable. To request a cancellation, simply email us with your reservation number
Standard check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Any early check-in or late check-out is based on occupancy and availability and must be approved in advance.
